At Carryqueen, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

Cancellation by Carryqueen

Carryqueen reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancelled or approved return orders.

  • Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Refund Processing Time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return & Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a return and refund only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact

📌 A clear unboxing video or images may be required for verification.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Share your Order ID, issue details, and required images/videos.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  4. After inspection of the returned product, the refund will be initiated.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • If a customer requests an exchange for a non-damaged product, a ₹450 courier fee will be charged to cover to-and-fro shipping costs.
